This month USCIS launched a new system through which applicants or their attorneys may request an in-person appointment at their local office. Once the form is completed and information submitted, USCIS will review the request and determine if an in-person appointment is available at the local Field Office. https://www.uscis.gov/newsroom/alerts/uscis-launches-online-appointment-request-form
When making the appointment, you can indicate if you prefer a morning or afternoon appointment and on which day of the week; however, there is no guarantee your appointment will be available then. USCIS will contact you or your attorney by phone using the number and e-mail provided within the request. This new tool is a welcome change, and we are hopeful it will be a significant benefit to our clients. https://my.uscis.gov/en/appointment/v2
