Macclenny, Florida Immigration Attorney

The Baker County Jail, also called the Baker County Detention Center, is one of four (4) major immigration detention centers in Florida. The facility houses county inmates for Baker County, persons in Federal custody detained by the U.S. Marshalls, and foreign national men and women who are held in the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Persons who are facing deportation (removal proceedings) and detained at Baker will have their hearings before an Immigration Judge in Orlando, Florida. Detainees are not transferred to Orlando for court, but instead appear via tele video to the Orlando Immigration Court. Our experienced deportation defense attorneys regularly represent persons detained at Baker. Our office is conveniently located in Jacksonville, Florida approximately thirty (30) minutes from Baker so that we may easily meet with our clients and prepare them for court. We can schedule a phone or in-person consultation with your loved one at Baker to determine if they qualify for bond or a defense to deportation. Our immigration attorneys understand that detention of a loved one can be devastating for all involved and we will work quickly and thoroughly to obtain the best possible result for your family.
