This month USCIS launched a new system through which applicants or their attorneys may request an in-person appointment at their local office. Once the form is completed and information submitted, USCIS will review the request and determine if an in-person appointment is available at the local Field Office. https://www.uscis.gov/newsroom/alerts/uscis-launches-online-appointment-request-form
When making the appointment you can indicate if you prefer a morning or afternoon appointment, and on which day of the week, however there is no guarantee your appointment will be available then. USCIS will contact you or your attorney by phone using the number and e-mail provided within the request. This new tool is a welcome change and we are hopeful it will be a significant benefit to our clients. https://my.uscis.gov/en/appointment/v2
