Preparing for your consultation

Upon booking your consultation, one of our team members will contact you with an information request. This may include copies of documents – identification, work authorizations, etc., international travel dates, and other information relevant to your immigration goals. It is important to provide all requested information so our attorneys have a full understanding of your unique situation and can provide a clear strategy for you.

What to expect during the consultation

One of our immigration attorneys will meet with you to review the unique facts of your case and determine the best way to proceed.  The attorney will provide a timeline and case processing times, as well as an overview of the attorney fees and application filing fee information. To make our services more accessible we offer convenient payment plan options. 

You will be provided an opportunity to ask the attorney any questions you may have.

Our booking and cancellation policy

Consultations require $220 payment at the time of booking. Our web booking tool makes it easy to find available appointment times and submit payment.

Please, no photography or recording during consultations. To preserve confidentiality, only the person(s) involved in the case may enter the consultation.

You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment time. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the consultation, the fee is nonrefundable. For all cancellations, a $20 administrative processing fee is retained.
