Elizabeth "Liz" Batista

Elizabeth “Liz” Batista is originally from Guadalajara, Mexico. She is married to Alejandro Batista, a veteran of the United States Navy. Liz is a senior paralegal with the Law Office of Karen Winston where she has developed experience working on a variety of immigration cases including provisional waivers, I-130 petitions, adjustment of status applications, cases involving consular processing, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA) applications and renewals, U-visas for victims of crime, and T-visas for victims of trafficking.
